My “Best of 2009″ mix is made for Urban Trail Running in LA!

One of my online buddies Jenn Tran recently wrote an article on urban trail running in LA by the LA River. As a sound track for this trail she selected my “Best of 2009” mix. Here’s an excerpt from the article:
